About the Studio

Indah Heath Pilates Studio is a boutique space designed for small classes.

The studio is fitted out with specialised Zebra yoga flooring; meaning its softer on you joints and more hygienic.

We offer Barre and Mat Pilates!

Mat Work Classes are designed to work, challenge and strengthen the core muscles. With each exercise your core will be working. This class is fantastic to build strength in the lower back specifically but overall body.

Barre Pilates is a must try! Change up your exercise regime by adding this fantastic class in. Barre Pilates is a combination of Pilates, Yoga and Ballet. It targets not only strength but endurance. Providing fast results see changes in your overall posture and muscle tone. This is a class that can be very addictive!

- Monday Mummy & Me 9:30am
- Tuesday Barre 6:00pm
- Wednesday Hot Mat 7:15am
- Thursday Hot Mat 6:00pm
- Saturdays Barre 9:00am

As class sizes are designed to be smaller than your usual Pilates Studio Bookings are ESSENTIAL!
