About the Classes

Hot Flow Yoga: Set to a temperature of 27 degrees, this class uses our state of the art Infrared Heating panels. Work through a guided flow, designed to encourage movement, stretch and length through the body. Not just fantastic for your body but great for the mind and soul! A good class for all levels of fitness.

Hot Mat Pilates: Target those deep core muscles and glutes, set to 27 degrees with Infrared Heat. Great to strengthen and tone. Also, a good class to add in if you have suffered from low back pain in the past. Get strong, lean & toned. Great for beginners through to advanced.

Core Cruncher Mat Pilates: This class is a must! Want to target that core specifically? A slower paced class, focusing on technique and deep core activation. You will feel amazing after this class and your low back will love you for it! Set to 28 degrees with Infrared Heat.

Barre Pilates: Cardio & Toning in one! Jump up to the Barre and get those muscles switching on, lengthening and toning. Set to a playful list of music this is a class you will love.

Power Box: Another great combination. Boxing with the principles of Pilates. Ensuring that the core is contracting at the same time your heart rate is pumping. Great to sweat out all those toxins and give your body a little cardio.

Core Connection (The Basics): This class is perfect for newcomers. The 60-minute slowed down technique class is designed to teach you the fundamentals & proper technique of Mat Pilates.
Weak muscles require compensation, this often means other muscles work hard to compensate which can lead to injury. This class specifically focuses on strengthening “The Powerhouse” – upper & lower abdominal and low back.

Yin Yoga: Yin invites length and openness back into the body. This class is designed to be a supportive class, postures are held for 2-5 minutes. Yin is the perfect class to slow and get stretch back into the connective tissue of the body. Treat both your body and mind with this perfect class!

Mellow Me Flow: Ever felt like your brain needs a holiday from the mundane? Mellow Me, like the name suggests is our yoga class we offer to you to calm and de stress. This class is a slow flow class, catered to the energy levels of  the yogi. Encourage movement back into the body and strengthen your upper body.
